Mirlan Abdykalykov

Mirlan ABDYKALYKOV (1982, Kyrgyzstan) studied journalism at the Kyrgyz state national university. He acted in many films of his father Aktan Abdykalykov (a.o. The Chimp, The Light Thief ). Since 2004 he works in the Bigim production studio as first assistant director and co-director. Pencil Against Ants is his first film as a director.
