      Matsui Minoru

      MATSUI Minori (1947, Japan) is a Japanese film maker and screenwriter. His documentary Japanese Devils (2001) is about the war crimes committed in China between 1931 and 1945 by fourteen former soldiers of the Imperial Japanese Army . Matsui wanted to create a historical record about events that had not been elsewhere documented in the Japanese language.
