Mathieu Kassovitz

Mathieu KASSOVITZ (1967, France) is a French director, screenwriter, producer, editor and actor, famous for directing La haine (1995), and for his roles in Amélie (2001) and Munich (2005). For La haine he received multiple César Awards and also won the prize for Best Director at Cannes in 1995. This success was followed by other big productions such as Crimson Rivers (2000), Gothika (2003) and Rebellion (2011). He is also one of the founders of the film production company MNP Enterprise.
