Manuel Flèche
Manuel Flèche (1958, Neuilly-Sur-Seine) put together a photo exhibition in 1982 for the Canadian embassy entitled Ville Travers, and in 1984 he founded a production company for short films, Les Films du Scaphandre. He has also made several short films himself.
