Lung Kong

Lung Kong (Long Ganyao) (1935, Anhui Provincie) worked in Hong Kong asstock broker and playes his first rôle in 1958; more than forty were tofollow. Director and friend Qin Jian encouraged him to make his own films andLung made his début in 1966 with Boyin Wangzi / The Broadcast Prince,that was renowned for its mixture of social criticism and innovative filmlanguage, two characteristics that can also be seen in Yingxiong Bense /Prisoner and Chuang / The Window.
