Keren Cytter

Keren CYTTER (1977, Israel) followed several art courses, including De Ateliers in Amsterdam. Her films show human relationships and social realities in a post-modern style. She is inspired by her own life or that of her friends. In 2006, she was awarded the Bâloise Art Prize at Art Basel for The Victim. Alongside her work as a filmmaker, Cytter has created various performances, dance productions and drawings and has published several novels, journals and poems.
