José Maria de Orbe
José Maria DE ORBE (San Sebastián, 1958) studied film directing at the American Film Institute. He won the Festival Grand Prix 2004 for an experimental BMW ad, Crossroads. He is co-founder of the independent production company Fresdeval Films (The Hours of the Day), and also makes experimental films and installations. In 2007 he wrote and directed The Straight Line. In 2010, he made Father.
