James Franco

James FRANCO (1978, USA) is an actor and director. As an actor he won a Golden Globe and was nominated for an Academy Award as Best Male Lead for his starring role in Danny Boyle’s 127 Hours. He also won an Independent Spirit Award as Best Supporting Actor for his performance in Gus Van Sant’s Milk. Other credits include Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Pineapple Express, Howl and Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man trilogy. He also directs feature and short films, as well as documentaries.
