Ishii Katsuhito

Ishii Katsuhito (1966, Niigata, Japan) became fascinated by American comics and film while a student at Musashino Art University. His interest in the visual arts resulted in a short animation film, Wild World (1991). Ishii directed more than eighty commercials before making his feature début.
