Igor Drljaca

Igor DRLJACA (1983) fled Yugoslavia with his parents in 1993. They moved to Canada, where he graduated from York University with a bachelor's degree in Film and Video and a master's degree in Film Production. During his studies, he made several successful short films. The Waiting Room (2015) is his second feature after his debut Krivina (2012). Both films reflect on experiences of migration, partly drawn from Drljaca’s own reality.
