George Chiper
George CHIPER (1979, Romania) started philosophy studies in Bucharest, switched to film studies and graduated in 2008 at the National University of Drama and Film in Bucharest. He worked as a director of cinematography in over fifteen shorts. The Palm Lines (2009) is his first film as solo director.
