Frank Sweeney
Still: Few Can SeeFrank SWEENEY's artistic practice is research based. He uses found material to build audiovisual works which question collective memory, experience and identity. Sweeney's films have been displayed at several art festivals among which are BFI Southbank 2022, Transmediale Berlin 2021, Cork International Film Festival 2021 and Wexford Doc Film Festival 2020. He has been awarded various prizes including EVA International Platform Commission, Best Documentary at LUFF Switzerland, as well as the Film Bursary and Project Award. Few Can See (2023) is selected for IFFR 2024.
