Elsbeth van Noppen
The Dutch Elsbeth van NOPPEN studied at the Willem de Kooning Academie in Rotterdam. She works as a video artist, teacher and documentary maker. The film I Feel (2010) was screened at various international film festivals. The documentary Vinyljunkies has its world premiere at IFFR 2019.
