Donald Cammell

Donald Cammell (1934-1996) committed suicide in April 1996 in his house in Hollywood. The idiosyncratic, very talented Cammell was active in the film industry as scriptwriter and actor (e.g. in Lucifer Rising) and as director of four features, including the well-known Performance (with Mick Jagger) and Demon Seed (with Julie Christie).
