David Benchetrit

David BENCHETRIT (1954, Casablanca) graduated from the Beit Zvi School of Film and Television in 1976. In his career of almost 30 years, he has worked as a director, producer and cameraman of political and social documentary films, both in Israel and abroad. He has also taught film and television at various film schools. With his films, Benchetrit has been awarded several times at film festivals in San Francisco, Freiburg and Tangiers. He also received the prestigious Landau Award for documentary film making.
