Danis Tanovic

Danis TANOVIC (1969, Bosnia Herzegovina) made highly regarded documentaries, several of which won prizes. For years he was a cameraman for the Bosnian army on the Sarajevo front. No Man's Land, his first feature, won prizes at several international film festivals and won the Oscar and Golden Globe
for Best Foreign Language Film. In 2005 he made the French-language feature L'enfer (Hell), based on a script by Krzysztof Kieslowski.
