Clara KUPERBERG (1975, France), is a documentary filmmaker. Together with her sister, Clara Kuperberg, she founded Wichita Films – a French production company specialising in documentaries – in 2006. The sisters work in equal measure as producers, directors, writers, and editors on their films, with a passion for American film history and American culture. Kuperberg previously worked for CNDP, the French National Educational Institute, on a TV art documentary series. After she directed her first documentary in 2001, she joined forces with Julia Kuperberg. In 2018, the Kuperberg sisters won the Best Director Award at the Beverly Hills Film Festival for The Women Who Run Hollywood (2016). Hannibal Hopkins & Sir Anthony (2021), won the Best International Feature Documentary at The American Documentary and Animation Film Festival and Film Fund (AmDocs) in Palm Springs. Ida Lupino: Gentlemen & Miss Lupino (2021) premiered at the Lumiere Film Festival.
