Christopher Valdes

Christopher VALDES (USA) graduated from Virginia Tech in 2010 with a degree in Psychology. He left Virginia for the first time to live in Central America and reconnect with his Latin roots. Inspired by his father’s love of storytelling, he aspires to carry on that tradition through the medium of film. Olancho (2017) is Valdes’ debut film, a co-direction with Theodore Griswold. The documentary on local Honduran folk music had its world premiere at Big Sky Documentary Film Festival.
