Christophe Honoré

Christophe HONORÉ (1970, France) is a novelist, screenwriter and film director. Having studied Literature and Film at the university in Rennes, he moved to Paris in 1995, where he published articles in Cahiers du cinéma and made a name as an author of youth novels. He adapted his own debut novel Tout contre Léo for television in 2002. In the same year, his feature film debut Dix-sept fois Cécile Cassard was selected for Un Certain Regard at Cannes. Honoré is seen as an heir to the nouvelle vague.
