Chow Kwun-wai

CHOW Kwun-wai (1979, Hong Kong), also known als CHOH Kiwi, graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. For his graduation project, Grandma's Room (2004) he received a Best Director award. He started working in the film industry as an assistant director and editor. In 2005, he became a guest lecturer at his alma mater. His 16mm work Upstairs (2006) was screened and received awards at several local and international film festivals. In 2015, Chow and four other Hong Kong-based directors were asked to translate what their city might look like ten years later to the screen, with Ten Years, consisting of five short films, as result.
