Charlotte Bee Her Hong

Charlotte HONG BEE HER is a Chicago-based animation artist who has worked with Finding Pictures since 2019 and a filmmaker who, in recent times, favours stop-motion. They graduated from California Institute of the Arts with a BFA in Experimental Animation. In 2020, they were awarded the Southeast Asian Film Lab Fellowship Prize, where they worked with Amanda Lee Koe on script consultancy for an in-development feature film, Tropical Rain, Death-Scented Kiss. Their short film ICUCICU (2021) won the Peransi Prize at ARKIPEL. They say their spare time is spent "playing with their wife and cats, cooking and committing crimes."
