Visual artist and filmmaker Catriona GALLAGHER is based between Northumberland, UK and Athens, Greece. She is the co-founder of A-DASH, a project space in Athens. Her work moves between film, drawing writing and installation, concentrating on the collision of manmade and natural worlds and discovering human and non-human relations. Gallagher's projects have been displayed at several art venues including Palazzo delle Esposizioni, 6B Paris, Snehta Athens and Garage Museum Moscow. While her films have premiered at various festivals such as Aesthetica Short, London Short and Ann Arbor. Her first short film Perdikaki (2019) received the Special Mention in the Short Film Competition at New Holland Island in 2020.
