Cate Shortland
Cate SHORTLAND (1968, Australia) studied at the Australian Film, Television and Radio School . After graduating, she directed several prize-winning short films. Her feature debut Somersault was selected in 2004 for the Un Certain Regard section of the Cannes Film Festival. Lore, her second feature, won various prizes and was the official Australian submission for the Oscar for Best Foreign Film.
