Carlos Durán

Carlos DURÁN (1935-1988, Spain) was educated at the Institut des Hautes Etudes Cinemátographiques in Paris. He started his career as assistant director for Vicente Aranda, among other. Together with Aranda and three others he founded the production company LolaFilms. His film Each Time That… (1968) is considered one of the characteristic films of the Escuela de Barcelona. In 1988, at the age of 52, he passed away in Barcelona.
