Brillante Mendoza
Brillante MENDOZA (1960, Philippines) graduated in advertising at the university of Santo Tomas in Manila. Mendoza started his career as a production designer in films, television, theatre and in television advertising. Service (2008) was nominated for Palm d' Or. It was the first Filipino film in the Cannes competition in 24 years.
