      Bernard Bellefroid

      Bernard BELLEFROID (1978, Belgium) studied Journalism but decided to transfer to the National Film School of Belgium (INSAS) after two years. The intense documentary Rwanda, The Hills Speak Out (2005) was his graduation film. Bellefroid's first feature, The Boat Race (2009), received enthusiastic reviews and four nominations at the first edition of the Belgian Margritte Awards. His feature film Melody (2014) is having its European premiere at IFFR 2015.
