Bernadette Weigel

Bernadette WEIGEL (b.1977, Vienna) was assistant director for Gustav Deutsch and worked for the lighting department of Das Weisse Band by Michael Haneke, with whom she also studied directing in 2006. In addition, she followed a theatre, film and media studies programme and studied camera at the University for Music and Performing Arts in Vienna and at the DFFB in Berlin. Fair Wind - Notes of a Traveller is her directing debut.
