Ana Lungu

Ana Silvia LUNGU (1978, Romania) studied Psychology and Film Directing. After graduation, she worked as a script supervisor for Cristi Puiu’s The Death of Mr. Lazarescu and as the directing assistant on various short films, commercials and TV series. She first experimented with improvisation and casting amateurs and professional actors together in her debut Burta balenei, and continues this in Self-Portrait of a Dutiful Daughter.
