Alfonso Arau

Alfonso Arau is one of Mexico's most famous and sought-after actors, producers and directors. He played in e.g. The Wild Bunch by Sam Peckinpah, Romancing the Stone by Robert Zemeckis and ¡Three Amigos by John Landis. His own films have received many awards and Mojado Power (1980) had the highest attendances of any Spanish-language film in the United States.
