Alan Berliner

Alan Berliner has been making independent films for more than eighteen years. Critic Roger Ebert called The Family Album (1986) 'the most intriguing' film at the Edinburgh International Film Festival in 1987. As well as giving lectures at Hunter College and The New School, both in New York, Berliner works as free-lance editor, and as such has won four Emmy Awards.
