Éric Valette

Éric VALETTE (1967, France) is a French filmmaker and screenwriter, born in Toulouse. He started his career at the French TV channel Canal+ and in 1999 he made the short film Samedi, dimanche et aussi lundi.  He also worked on the American remake of Miike Takashi’s horrorfilm One Missed Call, which came out in 2008. Valette is also known for his work on crime films, such as the film Une affaire d’État, which he wrote and directed and his new film Le serpent aux milles coupures, which premieres during IFFR 2017.
