The end of October is near: The time has come for Halloween Brexit, the name given by the British newspapers to the United Kingdom’s chaotic departure from the European Union. But before we wave goodbye to our British friends, four typically British films & TV productions will be screened in the Doelen Studio every Sunday afternoon in October, under the appropriate title Anarchy in the UK.
The screening always starts around 15.00 hours, but you are welcome to come from 14.00 hours to enjoy a nice cup of tea (with or without milk), some biscuits, or a beer if you prefer DJs have been invited to come play their best British sounds. Cheers! Let’s raise our glasses to the United Kingdom and its beautiful pop music, literature, art, humour, TV and of course, films.
