You&#8217;ll encounter the HBF throughout the festival programme, including the first five Displacement Film Fund world premieres. Drawn into a scam offering overdue reparations for her father\u2019s unpaid wartime service, her rituals are unsettled and her independence imperilled in this lyrical portrait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Displacement Film Fund films world premieres at IFFR 2026<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cate Blanchett, actor, producer and Global Goodwill Ambassador for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, together with IFFR\u2019s Hubert Bals Fund, will host the world premiere of the Displacement Film Fund\u2019s inaugural slate of films. Fenix, Rotterdam\u2019s new art museum on migration, will host the press conference on the day of the event.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the world premiere of her Displacement Film Fund-supported short <strong>Super Afghan Gym<\/strong>, Shahrbanoo Sadat&#8217;s third feature <strong>No Good Men<\/strong> will open the 76th Berlin International Film Festival.
