We support new and adventurous filmmaking talent, also beyond the screening room, through initiatives such as CineMart, the Hubert Bals Fund, Rotterdam Lab and other industry activities.<br><br>In January each year, we bring together emerging and established filmmakers and artists from around the world to showcase a visionary programme of independent films, talks, exhibitions, performances, installations, immersive media and more. IFFR attracts over 300,000 visits to screenings and events annually. We also organise a range of film-related activities throughout the year, with our Filmclub and other collaborations with Rotterdam-based partners.<br><br>IFFR is seeking a passionate <strong>Audience Development &amp; Community Programme Coordinator<\/strong> to coordinate the design and execution of initiatives that grow and diversify our audiences while strengthening community engagement across the city of Rotterdam. This role is central to the festival\u2019s mission of cultural inclusivity, year-round relevance and meaningful participation from all segments of our society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the role <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As the Audience Development &amp; Community Programme Coordinator, you will work on a comprehensive Audience Development Plan that supports IFFR\u2019s strategic goals. The continuation of the role will depend on IFFR\u2019s strategic priorities, upcoming initiatives and organisational needs.
