Scope unites the parts of this ecosystem, strengthens collaboration and gives makers a clearer overview, more guidance and better access to networks and places to show their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initiative is driven by the sector itself, in close collaboration with Filmhuis Den Haag, Qissa, New Producers Academy, Buddy Film Foundation, Stichting SKLNE, LantarenVenster and IFFR and is funded by the cities of The Hague and Rotterdam, the Netherlands Film Fund and Cultuurfonds. Together, they are shaping a robust regional network in which talent can develop in a sustained and future-proof way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/iffr.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/10\/RODFF26_Rosa-Quist_dag-1_125.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-232169\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Scope does<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every month, Scope and its partners host a hands-on programme for filmmakers and creative professionals: talks, workshops, meet-ups and moments to exchange ideas.
