We support new and adventurous filmmaking talent, also beyond the screening room, through initiatives such as CineMart, the Hubert Bals Fund, Rotterdam Lab and other industry activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In January each year, we bring together emerging and established filmmakers and artists from around the world to showcase a visionary programme of independent films, talks, exhibitions, performances, installations, immersive media and more. IFFR attracts over 300,000 visits to screenings and events annually. We also organise a range of film-related activities throughout the year, with our Filmclub and other collaborations with Rotterdam-based partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In January\/February 2027, we&#8217;re organising the 56th edition of our 11-day festival, and we are looking for an Image Coordinator (f\/m\/x) to join our Communications team. This concerns a temporary contract (5-6 months).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Image Coordinator is responsible for collecting, processing and delivering publicity materials for IFFR programme selections. This includes managing the visual content for the festival catalogue, Programme guide, IFFR.com, YouTube and other channels\/publications. The role also ensures that all visual content is representative of IFFR\u2019s films and programme, maintaining quality and a consistent tone of image across different platforms. Furthermore, the role coordinates festival photography and Photoshelter workflows. Working in the Communications team, part of the larger Audiences &amp; Communities division, the Image Coordinator reports directly to the Head of Communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\t<div taking into account specifications of different platforms and publications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Act as photography coordinator and manage the IFFR photoshelter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Request and deliver visual content (clips and stills) for events including the IFFR press conference, awards ceremonies and talks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure visual content (eg stills, images, trailers) meets IFFR\u2019s standards, is representative of the programme and matches the tone of image across all platforms.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Observing IFFR deadlines, timely prepare and upload publicity materials for the IFFR Programme guide, catalogue, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/iffr.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IFFR.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, YouTube and other channels.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate the Paper Tigers volunteers team in the lead-up to and during the
