From 19.30 the \u2018pre-waiting queue\u2019 starts, if you are on the website before then, you will also be automatically put in the \u2018pre-waiting queue\u2019. At 20.00, everyone who is in the &#8216;pre-queue&#8217; at that point will be allocated a random number in the queue. So it doesn&#8217;t matter whether you are there at 19.30, or just a few minutes before 20.00. Everyone has the same chance of being at the front of the queue. If you arrive after 20.00, however, you will join the back of the queue. You can prepare for the launch of ticket sales by doing the following:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Make sure you have a stable internet connection and only one browser open<\/strong><br \/>\nLosing your internet connection is a common reason why an order cannot be completed or for having to join the back of the queue.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create a personal account<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>You can sign up for a personal account by clicking on the little figure in a circle at the top right corner of this website.
