For more information on the Code of Conduct, please contact our People &amp; Culture department via <a href=\"mailto:hr@IFFR.com\">hr@IFFR.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Counsellors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you feel unsafe or if you experience undesirable behaviour whilst at IFFR, please know that IFFR has counsellors available, both internally and externally. They will immediately take action and address the matter(s) at hand in a confidential manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Central reporting point<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>IFFR has an external hotline&nbsp;Moresonline.nl&nbsp;, available as a central reporting point for undesirable behaviour in the cultural, creative, and media sector. Mores provides a safety net for workers and students in the cultural, creative and media sector. Have you (had) to deal with transgressive behaviour and are unable or unwilling to contact an IFFR confidential advisor? Then contact one of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mores.nl\/en\/steun-nodig\">Mores&#8217; confidantial counsellors<\/a>&nbsp;via WhatsApp (06-12163326) or email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The confidants work independently and in confidentiality. The options for reporters, the responsibilities of managers and employees, and the approach of the confidants can be found on the Mores website:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mores.nl\/en\">www.mores.nl\/en<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Internal counsellors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>IFFR has appointed two internal counsellors. The internal and external counsellors may offer guidance and support to employees and anyone else who has a complaint about undesirable behaviour. These complaints could refer to a situation of sexual harassment, bullying, aggression, violence or an unreasonable workload. The counsellors can offer a sympathetic ear, but can also advise to take further action and if needed mediation to solve a conflict. The counsellors work in a more informal manner than the complaints committee, a problem might be solved with a few conversations (without any report).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Other numbers for urgent matters:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In case of an emergency, immediately dial 1-1-2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or reach out to Slachtofferhulp Nederland through +31 900 0101<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The (independent) complaints committee that IFFR preferably hires will address the complaint in a more formal manner and will investigate to see if the complaint is justified. IFFR\u2019s board of directors decides how they will act upon the advice of the complaints committee.
