The festival offers a platform for independent film, talks, exhibitions, performances and art installations, parties and more. Additionally, we are a festival for cinephiles: our audiences. IFFR registers more than 300,000 admissions during its eleven-day festival in January\/February in the port city of Rotterdam. Each year, in the lead-up to the festival, the team is expanded with over 100 temporary staff. IFFR furthermore recognises the value of providing opportunities for learning and therefore offers a variety of internships to students from different educational backgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>We are ambitious, real go-getters and loyal towards one-another. The main language of communication within the team is English. IFFR highly values diversity of its team and aims to ensure it is a true reflection of our society.
