Tabs Breese

Tabs is a producer from London. She started her career in development for companies Pulse Films and Concordia Studio. Her first feature was Isabel Castro’s Mija (Sundance, CPH:Dox 2022), which is nominated for the Cinema Eye Honors Audience Prize, IDA’s Best Feature and Indie Spirits’ Truer Than Fiction Award. Her second feature is Ivete Lucas and Patrick Bresnan’s Naked Gardens (Tribeca, IDFA 2022). Her short, The Twins from Zara Meerza, supported by WePresent, is being extended into a feature with Diorama and Bewilder. Tabs is a Sheffield Documentary Festival Future Producer, an IDFAcademy Producer School Alumna, a Sundance Institute Grantee and an NBCU Original Voices Fellow. She was on the 2021 Doc NYC’s ‘40 Under 40’ list and in the 2022 Berlinale Talents program.
