Pantalla Chica Productions (PAC) is an independent production company founded in 2012. It is a production company that aims to create local media content with global standards for multiple media outlets that can reach people on all levels of society worldwide. PAC combines the production of independent projects with commercial projects. By doing so, the company manages to produce work ranging from commercials to films and everything in between on the beautiful island of Curaçao. PAC is constantly working to contribute to the development of the Caribbean film industry in general and to that of Curaçao in particular.
Sulin Passial (34) holds a B.A. in art and media management from the Utrecht School of Arts. She has experience working at Televisa, and is the producer of the short film The Legend of Buchi Fil (Best Short Film at the TTFF in 2009) and was the driver behind the news programme Caribbean Kids News (2009-2012). In the last couple of years, she has worked on numerous local and international projects. With each project she chooses to work on, she keeps the wellbeing and growth of her island in mind. This is why in 2017 she produced the short film Sin Ayo, documenting an important part of Curaçao's history through fiction. She later produced Atardi – Rudy Plaate that premiered in 2020, which documents the life of legendary musician Rudy Plaate and the culture of the island as a whole.
