Silvio Masselli

Silvio Maselli is an entrepreneur and manager with more than two decades of experience in the media industry and public relations. Born and graduated with honours in political science, after a master's degree in management and multimedia he began his career in 2001 in Rome at Fandango Film Production where he assisted the general manager. Key account for the communications agency Proforma, he follows numerous product and political launch campaigns. In 2007 he was listed as founder and first Director General of the Apulia Film Commission, which quickly became one of Europe's most important DMOs and a leader in institutional innovation, recognized by the European Green Paper on Culture as an EU good practice. In 2013 he was chosen as Secretary General of ANICA, the following year he was chosen by the Mayor of Bari and National President of Italian's mayors Antonio Decaro as Technical Councillor for Culture and Tourism. From 2019, at the end of his institutional experience, he founded the production company Fidelio, of which he is sole director. In 2021 he founded Hope Group, a company that produces green hydrogen and energy from renewable sources, of which he is the head of external and institutional relations.
