Sammy's Films is an independent production company founded in 2019 in Kathmandu, Nepal. It produces short films, documentaries and feature films focused on social issues. It tries to find and give a platform to new talents that have not been discovered yet by the mainstream media. 

Saroj S. Sapkota is a writer, producer and director from Nepal who loves working on stories that focus on diverse people and culture, in both fiction and non-fiction genres. In 2016, his documentary Lives around Annapurna was acquired by FNX television, USA. Another of his works, The Magical Singing Bowls was co-produced by Uthana, Grenoble, France. Saroj is a film campaigner who is also actively involved in the film society movement of Nepal. Saroj works as a programme coordinator and trainer at the Nepal Human Rights Film Center which believes in using media for the  promotion of human rights and equipping human rights defenders with knowledge of visual storytelling. His purpose is to help make the invisible visible, by bringing stories of the marginalised communities to the forefront of national discussion. He also serves as director of Pokhara International Film Festival of Nepal.
