Wichanon Somumjarn

Wichanon SOMUMJARN (1982, Thailand) is part of a new generation of Thai filmmakers. While studying Architecture, he made the short film W.C. (2005). He then decided to leave his formal studies to pursue his dream in the field of cinema. Somumjarn's first feature In April the Following Year, There Was a Fire was selected for the Tiger Awards Competition at IFFR 2012.
