Heller als der Mond
The Rumanian Julie comes to Vienna to rob a bank. She meets the romantic Italian Pablo, who falls in love with her and her and dreams of opening his own restaurant. A sober and stylised fairytale about idealism and materialism filled with dry humour and an equally dry, measured acting style.
An absurd film made up of almost 18,000 photocopied pictures about a man and a copyshop.
Night of a 1000 Hours
Hermann Ullich died in a bunker in World War II. Or did he? Why do all the dead relatives of the industrialist appear on this winter's night in the huge family home? Agatha Christie would love this Austrian whodunnit, in which skeletons from the nation’s past also come out of the cupboard.
