Ula Stöckl
Ula STÖCKL (1938, Germany) studied languages in London and Paris before continuing her education at the Institut für Filmgestaltung in Ulm from 1963 to 1968. She has worked as an associate lecturer at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (dffb), and is an associate professor at the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando. She has directed multiple theater productions and films, which went on to screen at various festivals including Berlinale and IFFR. Her graduation film The Cat Has Nine Lives (1968) was screened as part of the Berlinale Classics in 2015.
