Tanvi CHOWDHARY (India) is a writer and filmmaker. She earned her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Film from the Srishti School of Art and Design in Bangalore, India. With her artworks, she seeks to explore and tell stories about human dynamics, identity and gender. Her films have been screened at multiple international film festivals such as Breakthroughs. She has won various awards for her audio-visual and photographic works and was awarded the best emerging filmmaker award at both Through Women's Eyes in Florida and the Phoenix Film Festival. She directed the award-winning short film Binimoy (2019) and co-directed Madhu (2022) with her brother, Tanmay Chowdhary.
