Tanmay CHOWDHARY (1990, India) is a cinematographer, editor, photographer and filmmaker. He earned his Master's in Film from the University of Southern California. His photography work has been published in various magazines and publications worldwide, such as Rolling Stone and Vogue. His films have been screened at multiple international film festivals such as Camerimage, Festival du Nouveau Cinema and Palm Springs International Film Festival. His achievements in cinematography were awarded at both Tide in New York and First Look in Los Angeles. He was the cinematographer for the award-winning short film Binimoy (2019) and co-directed Madhu (2022) with his sister, Tanvi Chowdhary. In 2024 he rejoins IFFR with Leela (2024).
