Steve Li

Steve LI graduated from CUHK in 2014 and commenced his film career as an assistant director at TVB and RTHK, completing the TV series Below The Lion Rock 2017 and A Wall-less World VI. He debuted in 2018 as both director and scriptwriter with It Is Not a Tomato. In 2019, he finished Taste of Tomato (in competition for 13th Fresh Wave Short Film Festival) and One Stall, Two Species, commissioned by NextDigital. In 2021, his first feature film proposal Beyond the Waves entered Hong Kong – Asia Film Financing Forum Filmlab. His work Lost Pearl was an official selection at the International Film Festival Rotterdam 2022.
