Stan Brakhage

Stan BRAKHAGE (1933-2003, USA) was one of the most important avant-garde filmmakers of the 20th century. His filmography comprises more than 300 titles (almost all silent films), varying in length from a few seconds to a few hours. In 2002, Brakhage was Filmmaker in Focus in Rotterdam.
